The iCloud Music Library is the feature that keeps all of your Apple Music songs and playlists. One of the common reasons why your playlists got disappeared is there might be something wrong with this feature. In such situations, all you can do is to re-enable your iCloud Music Library.
Step #1: Open Settings and swipe down to Music. You’ll see a toggle that looks like a switch next to iCloud Music Library. Step #2: Tap the toggle to make it green. Step #3: Wait a few moments to give your device time to retrieve the Apple Music library in the Music app.
Power off your device for a few minutes. After powering up, go back to your iTunes account and sign in using your Apple ID. Then go to Settings and enable iCloud Music Library. Upon doing this, all playlist should be visible on your iPhone.
Tap Library, then tap Playlists, Albums, Songs, TV & Movies, or Music Videos.

Another case is that your Apple Music subscription is expired, so all your playlists on Apple Music will be gone.
Try right click (or hold ctrl + click). The popup should have an item for ‘Show in playlist’. It should list all playlists that contain that track.
With your new Apple Music membership, your existing iTunes library will once again be uploaded to iCloud Music Library and you can access the Apple Music catalog and download music for offline listening to your iPhone for as long as you subscribe to the service. Take care.

If a song is missing
Make sure that all of your devices have Sync Library turned on, and signed in with the same Apple ID. If you’re still missing a song that you added from the Apple Music catalog, then the song might have been removed from Apple Music or is available under a different file name.
It is a ‘feature’ (bug) somewhere between the iOS and iTunes but easy to resolve. Link your device to iTunes and UNCHECK the option to sync your music – this will remove all music from the device (inc. playlists) – don’t panic! Once this is done, re-check to sync your entire music library.
