It is a Google tool. It saves to Google Drive.
Google Classroom may be one of the easiest ways to share a Jamboard with your students. Simply attach your Jamboard to your assignment from your Google Drive. Then you will have the option to choose one of the following options: View Only – students can only see your Jamboard and can’t change anything.
If you have extremely long lists of files and folders in Google Drive, you may want to organize your Jamboard files by moving them into a folder within Google Drive. Here’s how: Right-click (Control>click on a Mac) on the Jamboard file in this list to call up a menu.
Jams are automatically stored in your Google Drive and can be organized into folders like any other Google file type (i.e. Docs, Sheets, and Slides). You can also make a copy of any jam, which will be automatically saved to your Google Drive.
Always make copies for student use and keep an untouched original. Copy a Jam by right-clicking it in Drive and choosing “Make a copy.” Right-click a Jam in Drive to make a copy. Or click the three dots in the upper-right of the Jamboard editor and choose “Make a copy.”
Set how long (in minutes) the Jamboard can idle before the screen saver activates. The maximum delay you can set is 1440 minutes (one day). Choose whether an interactive demo displays on the board.
Each jam can have up to 20 frames. You can view frames in the frame bar.
You can launch an audio-only Zoom meeting with your participants and share a Jamboard link with them. With the Zoom meeting running in the background, you and the participants will be able to talk amongst each other while editing the Jamboard session in real time.
